- K.J. Biermann, the 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been arrested on suspicion of sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.

- The alleged victim, a friend of K.J.’s girlfriend, claims he attacked her inside a gym’s family changing room on April 23.

- Zolciak denies all allegations and says K.J. “voluntarily took a polygraph examination” and passed.

The Zolciak-Biermann family drama has taken a disturbing turn.

K.J. Biermann, the 15-year-old son of Bravo reality stars Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann, has been arrested on suspicion of sodomy and aggravated sexual battery, both felonies, according to a police report obtained by **.

K.J., who was 14 at the time of the alleged incident, was arrested on Monday in Alpharetta, Ga., and is currently being held without bail at the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Sept. 8.

On April 24, Alpharetta police responded to a dispatch at North Fulton Hospital’s emergency room, where “I was directed to a room with a juvenile patient for a report of sodomy and aggravated sexual battery,” according to the incident report.

The alleged victim, who is friends with K.J.’s girlfriend, told police that the teen boy assaulted her inside a family changing room at Lifetime Fitness the previous day.

According to the alleged victim, she ran into K.J. at the gym and he suggested they go to the co-ed sauna. To get to that area, they had to walk through the family changing room, which is where she alleged he attacked her.

“He grabbed her by the waist and started kissing her neck and grabbing her butt with his hand and an open hand and kissed her lips,” according to a report obtained by *Us Weekly** *and* **USA Today*. The alleged victim told police she repeatedly said “no” to K.J., who then allegedly pulled down his pants and orally sodomized her.

Additionally, the police report stated K.J. “tried multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”

The mother of six, who starred on *The Real Housewives of Atlanta* and her family’s own Bravo spinoff *Don’t Be Tardy*, did release a statement to TMZ, the first outlet to break the story.

“The allegations being made against my son are nothing short of reckless and deeply troubling,” Zolciak told TMZ. “He categorically denies ever being involved with this woman or engaging in the conduct she has alleged. My son voluntarily took a polygraph examination regarding these allegations and passed. Additionally, an examination was conducted, and no DNA belonging to my son was found.”

Zolciak and Biermann, a retired NFL player, separated in May 2023 after nearly 12 years of marriage. In addition to K.J., they also share son Kash and twins Kane and Kaia. Biermann adopted Zolciak’s two daughters, Brielle and Ariana, from previous relationships.

Three years since their initial split, the exes remain locked in a bitter divorce. This past June, in a filing, Zolciak accused her estranged husband of “frightening rage fueled tirades” directed at their four minor children. Without the court’s immediate intervention, she claimed, they are “at risk of ongoing mental and physical abuse.”
