Kate Bartlett captured her hilarious interaction with Lisa Rinna at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

The New York-based influencer was accidentally hit in the face by the feather in The Real Housewives star’s hat while sitting behind her at the show

Rinna reacted to the now-viral incident on social media

Feathers were ruffled at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, well, sort of.

Kate Bartlett, a fashion and “day-in-the-life” content creator on social media, took to Instagram to share a hilarious interaction that she had with Lisa Rinna at the fashion event held at the Sony Pictures Studios in Los Angeles on Sunday, Oct. 18.

The New York-based influencer, 25, sat directly behind Rinna, 63, at the show, where she was accidentally whacked in the face by the tremendously long feather attached to the brown fur hat worn by The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star.

Coincidentally, Bartlett caught the moment on camera while documenting her experience at the Victoria’s Secret event. “POV you’re sitting behind Lisa Rinna,” she wrote over the clip, which sees the feather nail the influencer in the face while they’re waiting for the show to begin.

Bartlett, meanwhile, wasn’t fazed by the feather to the face. Rather, she considered the interaction a highlight of her night.

“It was an honor to be whacked by her feather lol,” she captioned the Instagram Reel.

The clip went viral, amassing 14.7 million views less than 24 hours after it was uploaded. It even caught the attention of the Bravo star, who reacted to the video with a note in the comment section.

“God bless you. You should’ve grabbed that damn thing torn it off my head. 😂,” she wrote.

Rinna attended the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show with her daughter, Delilah Belle, in support of Amelia Gray Hamlin’s return to the catwalk.

On the pink carpet, the Traitors star — who attended the 2026 MTV VMAs in a Madonna-inspired nipple-baring dress — paired her dramatic feather headpiece with a blazer corset gown and an elaborate tutu-inspired skirt. She also added a pop of color with her red-and-pink heels.

“I’m giving mother of an Angel,” Rinna told PEOPLE of her look on the carpet. And of Amelia’s second time in the show? “To see her walk, she gets her wings for the first time, I mean, c’mon? I feel like my mom orchestrated this in some way. It’s really special.”

The actress’ mom, Lois, died at age 93 after having a stroke in 2021.

Delilah, 28, also had a daring moment in a sheer black lace low-cut dress with her underwear peeking through the sheer fabric. The sexy design was paired with a baby blue feathered accessory.

The excitement around Amelia’s return to the Victoria’s Secret runway began days before the star-studded show. While speaking with PEOPLE at the 2026 InStyle Imagemaker Awards, Rinna described her youngest as a “force to be reckoned with.”

“I mean, what they’re accomplishing is so amazing and you know they’re good people, thank God,” she said. “What’s fun about it is, not only is [the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show] in L.A. for the first time, but the girls wanted to be Victoria’s Secret models since they were 8 years old.”

She added, “So to get to see it come to fruition and to watch [Amelia] do it is going to be really amazing.”
