Lee Joo-hee, a first-generation Korean influencer and fashion entrepreneur, died on Wednesday, June 24. She was 44.

The internet personality's death was announced in a post on her Instagram account on June 24.

“Yesterday, suddenly, Lee Joo-hee, who was loved by many as a precious partner, a mother, and the representative of the AVV Collection, left us,” the tribute read. “Because she was someone who always shared better things and dreamed of a beautiful and happy world with many people, I still cannot believe this news and am in deep sorrow.”

Joo-hee maintained a following of over 122,000 on Instagram, where she was known for sharing daily lifestyle content. She was also the founder of the AVV Collection, a high-end fashion brand based in Seoul, South Korea.

“We sincerely thank you for your warm interest and love for Lee Joo-hee and the AVV Collection,” the tribute continued. “I would be grateful if you could join us in mourning and pray for the peace of Lee Joo-hee, a person who was always bright and full of love.”

A cause of death has not been released.

She seemingly last her account on June 23, the day before her death, posting information about a sale for her company. The day before, she also shared a video of herself sitting on the couch, offering her followers beauty advice.

In the comments of her final posts, fans shared tributes to the late star.

“You were like my guide for me, remembering you and your collection,” wrote one. “I'm grateful and love you, my friend.”
