Harry Styles Reveals the Unusual Thing He Does When He Can't Sleep — It Involves Mike Tyson

Singer Harry Styles is opening up about his unusual bedtime habit.

During a February 2025 appearance on Royal Court, hosted by comedian and internet personality Brittany Broski, Styles was asked if he's a fan of anything niche. He replied that he'll watch retired boxer Mike Tyson's past fights, which he described as "amazing," if he can't sleep.

"Something that is always like there for me that isn't necessarily constant, but it's something that I come back to a lot, if I, like, can't sleep, sometimes I'll watch Mike Tyson's 10 greatest knockouts on YouTube," said Styles during the interview.

He also said that he'll watch episodes of the '00s reality series, Supernanny, starring nanny Jo Frost.

"I watch, you know, like 'Worst Ever Behaved Kid.' And then I'm like, 'Okay, I'm ready to go back to sleep,'" said Styles.

Harry Styles Shared His Thoughts About His Dedicated Fanbase

In the Royal Court interview, Styles, who was propelled into stardom after appearing on The X-Factor and joining One Direction in 2010, shared his thoughts about his fans. Styles said he appreciates his fans' honesty.

"They will say, 'We love this.' And if they don't like it, say, 'We don't like it.' There's no like posturing with them, you know?" said Styles, who has three solo albums, Harry Styles (2017), Fine Line (2019), and Harry's House (2022).

He explained that he always takes his fans' opinions into account when it comes to his career.

"I think a lot of the time their opinion can be kind of cast aside as like, 'Oh, it's like hysteria and they don't really get it or something. Or like I think their taste can be questioned based on the fact that they wear their heart on their sleeve,'" said Styles in the interview. "I think the truth is they're the most honest. So I think for me it's like about remaining honest in my response to that."

Styles' upcoming album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, is set to be released on March 6.
