Bruno Mars is making sure his music continues to play at weddings for the foreseeable future.

The singer-songwriter, 40, released his new album The Romantic on Friday, Feb. 27 as well as a music video for the project’s latest single “Risk It All,” a Latin-influenced ballad about falling head-over-heels in love.

“New Video. New Album. New Chapter,” wrote Mars in an Instagram post on Feb. 27.

The music video opens with Mars playing guitar alongside a mariachi band in an outdoor setting, before the Grammy winner continues performing next to a stained glass window inside an empty church — wearing an all-white suit with a cowboy hat.

People then fill the church as a stunning bride walks down the aisle to marry Mars at the altar, where he serenades her with the love song’s lyrics: “I would run through the fire just to be by your side / If your heart’s on the line you could take mine / It's crazy but it’s true / There's nothing I won’t do / I’d risk it all for you.”

After getting married, Mars and his fictional wife walk outside to guests throwing rice at the couple before they exit in a classic “Just Married” car adorned with cans. A montage of their lives together then plays out on screen, and they’re seen enjoying life at home before growing old and looking back on a photo of their wedding day.

“Risk It All” is the second single from The Romantic following “I Just Might,” which peaked at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 following its release in January.

The Romantic is Mars’ fourth solo studio album and his first new body of work since 2021’s Anderson .Paak collaborative project An Evening with Silk Sonic — which saw the duo take home four Grammy Awards.

Earlier this month, Mars performed both his Rosé collaboration “APT.” and “I Just Might” at the 2026 Grammy Awards.

Last year, Mars earned a No. 3 hit on the Billboard Hot 100 with “APT.” and topped the chart with the Lady Gaga duet “Die with a Smile.”

The "Locked Out of Heaven" performer will promote his new album in stadiums around the world on The Romantic Tour, kicking off this summer. Anderson .Paak, 40, as DJ Pee Wee will open for all shows, while additional guests Victoria Monét, RAYE and Leon Thomas will each join various dates of the tour.
