Arnold Schwarzenegger was spotted on a rare public date night with his girlfriend. The 78-year-old actor stepped out with his girlfriend Heather Milligan for a date night at the Japanese restaurant Nobu Malibu. The private couple has been in a long-term relationship for 14 years. He had formerly married Maria Shriver.

Arnold Schwarzenegger goes on a date night with long-term girlfriend Heather Milligan. The Terminator star sported a grey sports jacket over a black sweater, complete with blue jeans. Milligan, on the other hand, donned a pristine white blazer with gold buttons paired with a white top and black bottoms. Their last public appearance was in September 2025 (via E News and InStyle).
The notoriously private couple has been dating for over a decade now. The couple has maintained a low profile surrounding their relationship. However, a couple of years ago, Schwarzenegger revealed that he had admiration for her for being “driven as hell.”
The Running Man star revealed to PEOPLE, “We have so many things in common. I think the world of her. I love that she’s into working. She’s clearly independent. She just is driven as hell.”

Schwarzenegger revealed that he met his physical therapist girlfriend in 2012, following his shoulder surgery. At the time, he was preparing to film 2013’s Escape Plan with Sylvester Stallone. Schwarzenegger got the task to get in shape in three months. Also, his surgeon asked him to meet Milligan.
He explained how she healed him, and he took her out for lunch after filming his movie. Schwarzenegger said, “So I went to her, and then after my therapy was finished, after I was finished with the movie, I called her back and took her out for lunch to say thank you. And then one thing led to the next.”
The Terminator star also touched upon his relationship with his ex-wife and mother of his children, Maria Shriver. Schwarzenegger shared, “We always communicate about the kids, about the holidays, about birthday parties and Mother’s Day parties and Christmas. Even though it’s a different relationship, there’s no reason for me to feel anything other than love for her.”
