Allison Kuch is opening up about her experience breastfeeding. In an April 30 TikTok post, the influencer, 29, who recently gave birth to her second child with husband Isaac Rochell, 30, opened up about how she has been managing her breastmilk supply with her daughter, Pepper Jo. In the video, Kuch chatted about her experience as she filled up storage bags with breast milk."I'm what you call an oversupplier," Kuch explained, standing in her kitchen and labeling storage bags. "I also have a lot of anxiety around breast milk. My last baby, I exclusively pumped. I'm not doing that this time. I am creating an oversupply, but it's only because I have anxiety."

In a later clip in the video, Kuch broke down some of the products she had been using as she navigated being freshly postpartum with her second daughter. "I believe fed is best, and I stand by that," Kuch said adamantly at the start of another clip shot in her bedroom."If you want recommendations when it comes to breastfeeding, pumping or just having a little bit of extra milk in your fridge or freezer, my credentials are that I exclusively pumped for an entire year," she added, referring to her experience with her first daughter, Scottie, now 3 years old."And I did not do that by choice. It was because I was a first-time mom and I f---ed up. I didn't know what paced feeding was. I gave my baby a bottle way too early, and there were days I didn't breastfeed at all," she explained. "And then when I went to get her latch, she gently gave me the finger."With Pepper, Kuch explained that she was "almost terrified to give her a bottle.""I'm gonna work that out with my lactation consultant. I still wanna have a little bit of milk in the fridge and freezer."Finally, the influencer shared some of her own advice for other moms who might be watching her videos."The last thing I'll say is, when it comes to supply, never compare yourself to people on the internet," she added.

"Because my supply is insane. I'm the outlier. It's so common to get one ounce every time you pump, especially if you are primarily breastfeeding your baby." What helped Kuch, she added, was "hand-expressing" or the act of massaging the breasts in order to stimulate milk flow."Anyways, the cow is so tired. Off to milk myself," Kuch jokingly concluded the video. On social media, Kuch has been documenting her postpartum journey, following her and Rochell's Instagram announcement that they had welcomed daughter Pepper Jo on April 21. The newborn joined their daughter Scottie Bee, whom they welcomed in 2023.In the couple's joint Instagram post announcing their daughter's birth, they are seen cuddling in Kuch's hospital bed, cradling their newborn.

"Our sweet baby girl is here!! Pepper Jo 🎀✨," the caption read. "One of the best days of our lives and the vbac of my dreams," the influencer wrote in reference to vaginal birth after cesarean, or VBAC.Most recently in her postpartum posting, Kuch took to social media to clap back at trolls, expressing disapproval and distaste for her second daughter's name."Seeing a lot of mixed opinions when it comes to my baby's name because I just had a baby and her name is Pepper Jo," Kuch began in a video on her second TikTok account. "I've seen the discourse — people making videos like, 'I'm not trying to be rude but..."Kuch then offered up a solution to those concerned about her daughter's name."If you don't like the name, here's a tip: don't think about it," she said. "Don't think about a stranger's baby on the internet's name if you don't like it."
